i'm guessing clutch slippage? i'm guessing it really may be due for a new one. One new problem i'm having with it now is i'm finding that sometimes after i shift, the engine will revv up a bit and then go back to normal and i'll just jerk forward a little. i could almost mount it right by the pedal, maybe if i get the opposite side switch i could still do that, it would be a lot easier probably. and i'll probably be able to have a brake light switch mounted of the sissy bar that will detect when the drum brake lever is pulled. i hit a little pothole or something, and it really wasn't fun. I'm also thinking my seat needs some suspension. i'd like to maybe top up the oil in my spare (better) forks but idk how big of a pain that could be, and they seem to work good. i feel like they might flex more than compress when i hit a bump, i watched a video of doing fork seals and i'm just not feeling up to it. but i'd like the best grip i can get, though the whitewalls i'm thinking of are like a classic style tread pattern but are rated for like 94mph. but not yet, whitewalls are being considered. gonna take quite a while, not that important. a friend suggested painting the frame and wheels matte or gloss metallic gold, i think it could be cool, i started sanding it down a bit. i dont know why, i wanted to do burnouts with it first since the tire feels so slick and it's just not fit for street riding and has a leak. i think i just need to spend maybe more than $4 on a set of switches. the left side has a designated ground wire apparently while the other side doesn't, and it's all grounded through the handlebars, it's hurting my brain. or am i totally wrong? i made my own wiring diagram, i've looked at about 4 others, it seems i've got it right, but i cant figure out what is going on with the switches. same thing with my headlight switch (high/low beam switch is fine) it should only be the 12v connecting to one wire, none or the other, not ground. only 2 wires should be connected at any time from my turn signal switch. and my horn switch works by grounding the horn, which i didn't know, easy fix, but now i realize when i have my turn signal switch in the left or right position, it also connects those wires to ground. and i still think i did get it basically right, but playing around with my multimeter i found that when i have my headlight switch on the right side in the top or bottom position, it also connects the 12v wire to ground. Basically i thought i had figured out what each wire did for my handlebar switches.
