She didn't even have enough respect to even acknowledge me. So you can take my money and send me somewhere else to pick up the item, but you can't return my money? (or in this case, just store credit because I did buy something else) The worst part about this entire situation is I asked to speak to the manager named Emma, and she seemed like she didn't want to come to talk to me. The sales reps watched me stand in that line for about an hour with a very long T-molding that you couldn't miss just for me to get to the front counter and immediately say, "oh, if you're returning that, it needs to be returned to the same place you picked it up from." Nowhere under their term and conditions does it say that! It is also confusing because I paid for this item at this exact location, so I would only assume I can return it where I paid for it! Especially since it doesn't say anything about that on the receipt. I stood in it patiently waiting and watch the customer service reps pass me several times. Therefore it was a very long line, which was fine. Tuesday June 28th at the emeryville location I went to return an item and make a new purchase. However, I wish I knew about this place much soon, and they know how to treat their customers. But, unfortunately, the other reviews were right about the customer service, and they deserve 0 stars! I would suggest going to "Sincere Home Decor," only about 15 minutes away from here, and they actually do granite installations! And no, I don't work for them. I wish I would have read these reviews before I spent any of my hard-earned money here.
